Presented by Edinburg Cultural Arts with the South Texas Music & Cultural Arts Foundation.

$25 Mariachi Voice Competition Entry Fee
Entry fee payment due at the time of registration. Zelle and CashApp accepted.

$10 All-Day Ticket
Sold at the door for spectators. Includes entry to the competition and concert.

Categories
• Grades 3–8
• Grades 9–12
• Open Community (post-high school)

Judging Criteria
• Vocal technique (50%)
• Expression and interpretation (30%)
• Showmanship and stage presence (20%)

Winners from each category will be invited to perform at the Mariachi Showcase

Features the Voice Competition Finals and Mariachi Showcase with Mariachi Aztlán and invited mariachi guests.

Purpose
Celebrate the rich tradition of mariachi music in South Texas and spotlight emerging talent. Commemorate the traditional and vibrant remembrance of Dia de Los Muertos in Edinburg.
